Gallant assisted in launching the entire business, from conceptualising the name and developing the corporate identity to writing the marketing strategy. Through conducting several immersive research sessions Gallant was able to ascertain what the potential target market’s pain-points were in order to develop the ideal marketing mix. Extensive macro analysis including direct and indirect competitor research was executed. Gallant built and designed the website, and continues to develop and run all social media ads, content plans, and Google Ads, all while monitoring Google Analytics. CrossFit Cyprium’s launch video reached over 25 000 views on social media and the gym tripled its target projections for the first month of trading.
